We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
